Welding
LESTO’s welding and welding control processes are performed in accordance with the requirements of the ISO 3834 series of standards and meet certification level CL 1, according to EN 15085-2, which regulates the requirements for manufacturers of welded products for railway vehicles.

Manual welding by MIG/MAG, TIG and Brazing methods
Through manual welding by MIG/MAG and TIG methods - aluminum, stainless steel and carbon steel, Lesto Product can meet a variety of individual customer requirements, with complete solutions for the manufacture of products with guaranteed quality.
Capacitor discharge stud welding with tip ignition
(EN ISO 786)
Stud welding with capacitor discharge. Through an electronically clocked inverter board, extremely short charging times are achieved and thus, fast welding sequences are achieved. Suitable for materials such as aluminum, stainless steel, carbon steel.
ARC welding / Drawn arc stud welding with ceramic ferrule or shielding gas (EN ISO 783)
Electro Arc stud welding with shielding gas. Stud welding with ceramic ring on stainless and carbon steel is an extremely robust construction ensuring high reliability.
Electric resistance spot welding (EN ISO 212)
According to experts, the average time required for spot welding is 0.01 to 0.63 seconds, making it a very budget-friendly and reliable welding process that, in addition to these advantages, provides an aesthetic appearance of the products.

- TransSteel 3000C PULSE is a fully digitally controlled, multiprocessor, inverter for impulsive MIG – MAG welding.
- Magic Wave 230 i is a fully numerically-controlled, digital, inverter WIG – AC/DC welding machine with non-contact arc ignition.
- With DALEX’s PMS series we provide spot welding of parts where the joint is created by melting and solidifying the material in the joint.
- The welding parameter monitoring integrated as standard in all stud welding modules of the PRO-C series allows quality control of the finished welds.
