Polymer Powder Coating

A multi-metal chemical pretreatment and powder-polymer coating plant, through which we achieve high corrosion resistance of aluminum and stainless-steel parts as well as carbon steel and zinc parts.

Manufacturing Capabilities

Multi-metal chemical pre-treatment

Validated chemical pretreatment technologies are accomplished by the twelve steps of chemical pretreatment for each type of metal, cleaning the parts for maximum adhesion of the powder coating by removing residual dust from machining and other contaminants such as oils, salts, etc.

Large-dimensional parts

The dimensions of the installation and the booths allow the coating of workpieces with dimensions 4.20 х 1.20 х 2.40 м.
High load capacity - up to 600 kg. per beam.

High flexibility

The movement of the workpieces is provided by a „Power and Free“ conveyor system.

Automatic cabin

Optimizes painting time while achieving maximum quality.

Manual booth

Painting parts with complex configuration or short series in different colors.
