Great manufacturing requires more than just the latest machinery – it requires a healthy, coordinated, and highly motivated team. On April 9th, in honour of World Health Day, Lesto Product paused our standard operations to celebrate our most vital asset: our people.
Continuing one of our favorite company events, we hosted the Lesto Football Tournament. This year, the spotlight was entirely on the heart of our operations—our production department. We formed four fiercely competitive teams, trading our safety shoes for football cleats, while the rest of the company lined the pitch to cheer, chant, and support their colleagues.
The connection between a football team and a production line is closer than it appears. Both require flawless communication, strategic thinking, and the ability to rely completely on the person next to you. The energy and sportsmanship displayed on the field are the exact same qualities that allow us to manufacture complex, world-class machinery for our global partners every single day, here in Vratsa.
